Warehouse Staff

Pay: $21.17/hour

Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, start time 8:00 AM

Position summary

This role supports accurate, efficient selection and preparation of dry product shipments. You will build pallets to customer standards, operate powered equipment, and work with a safety-first mindset to hit productivity goals while keeping errors low.

What you’ll do

• Select and prepare product for shipment with accuracy and speed.
• Match product descriptions to labels to ensure correct picks.
• Build stable pallets that meet customer and shipping guidelines.
• Operate powered warehouse equipment as assigned.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.
• Follow safe warehouse practices and protect yourself and teammates.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Complete other warehouse tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and day, overnight, or varied schedules as needed.
• Experience operating double electric pallet jacks (walkie rider).
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently while supporting team goals.
• Warehouse or food distribution experience preferred.
• Powered equipment experience (forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers) preferred.
• Warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred.

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry 30-40 lbs repeatedly (up to 1,000 times per day).
• Lift and carry items up to 75 lbs less frequently.
• Stand, walk, climb, and sit at times in a warehouse environment.
• Work in varying temperatures, including very cool to very warm areas.
• Noise levels are typically low to moderate.
