Warehouse worker

Employment type: Full-time

Work location: Miami, FL

Schedule: Day shift, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with daily overtime required

Pay: $18.00/hour

Position summary

This warehouse role supports the safe, accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of dairy products. You will use warehouse equipment, help maintain product rotation, and prepare outbound orders in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using warehouse equipment.
• Move product to storage areas with the proper equipment.
• Lift, stack, and store products in the correct locations.
• Pick and assemble orders for shipment with a minimum of 1,200 cases per shift.
• Check and count products for accuracy before shipment.
• Load trucks according to instructions from warehouse leadership.
• Receive, pick, and rotate products using first in, first out (FIFO) procedures.
• Walk throughout the warehouse using hand trucks stacked with cases of product.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed, including work outside normal responsibilities when required.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or dairy experience preferred.
• Forklift or clamp truck certification strongly preferred.
• Availability for daily overtime.
