Status: Full-Time / Part-Time (Contract options available)

Location: Central Phoenix, AZ 85004

Hourly Pay: $22.45 – $27.04

Typical Hours: Flexible shifts, ~10–30 hours per week to start (in-person)

About the Role

Keep homes and small businesses spotless and welcoming. You’ll handle routine and deep cleans, follow checklists, and deliver friendly, reliable service on every visit.

What You’ll Do

• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Perform floor care (sweeping, scrubbing, polishing) and spot removal.
• Carry out carpet care using appropriate tools and methods.
• Launder linens/towels as needed and restock supplies.
• Manage basic housekeeping tasks and follow cleaning schedules.
• Track cleaning products and equipment; report maintenance or safety issues.
• Provide courteous, professional service and respect client preferences.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience with residential cleaning; commercial standards a plus.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; able to work solo or on a team.
• Basic English for instructions and client communication.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
