Night Cleaner

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Status: Part-time

Schedule: Night shift

Role overview

Keep client facilities clean, organized, and disinfected on night routes. You will cover multiple sites as needed, follow safety procedures, and document completed work.

Primary tasks

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairs, and locker rooms
• Dust furniture, fixtures, lighting, and moldings; spot clean walls and surfaces
• Clean and restock restrooms; sanitize high touch points such as desks, handles, phones, and tools
• Wash interior windows and mirrors; remove stains from upholstered furniture
• Empty trash and recycling, clean receptacles, and move waste to disposal areas
• Clear debris or snow from entrances and sidewalks when needed
• Track supplies, request replenishment, and maintain a nightly cleaning log
• Secure areas and close doors at the end of the shift; report hazards or maintenance needs

What you bring

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to follow directions
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety precautions
• Attention to detail and professionalism when working independently or with a team
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, bending, reaching, and kneeling

Work conditions

• Commercial buildings with moderate noise; occasional exposure to moving equipment, fumes, chemicals, outdoor weather, and vibration
• Personal protective equipment and safe use of materials required
