Warehouse Associate

Location: Charlotte, NC

Position overview

Support daily warehouse operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and pulling and preparing orders for shipping. You will use
warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to move product safely and keep orders accurate.

What you will do

• Receive inbound shipments and keep materials organized and properly stored
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damage, defects, or count issues
• Pull stock to fill orders and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and help maintain strong service levels
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work area

What you’ll need

• Forklift certification required
• Warehouse experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Strong organization and time management skills
