Package Handler

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour

Help keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading materials. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with routine use of forklifts and RF/ERP systems.

Key duties

• Receive products, verify against purchase orders, and enter receipts in the system.
• Pick parts for production and customer orders, label, wrap, and stage for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks; organize stock locations and replenish pick slots.
• Perform daily cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety policies.

What you’ll need

• At least 1 year of warehouse or shipping experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Forklift experience required (or ability to obtain certification quickly).
• Basic computer skills and data entry; comfort with ERP/warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud, fast-paced environment.
