Warehouse Associate

Location: Phoenix area

Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour

Schedule: Days, 2-2-3 rotation

Position overview

Support outbound and inbound warehouse operations by checking trucks in and out through the WMS, loading and unloading trailers,
and keeping inventory accurate. You will operate a forklift and work alongside an LGV (laser guided vehicle) handling system to
stage, monitor, and move product safely and efficiently.

What you will do

• Receive inbound materials and deliveries in the WMS
• Inspect outbound trailers before loading and monitor load quality
• Unload and stage finished goods and raw materials using a forklift
• Monitor LGV activity, respond to alarms, and follow SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy
• Rebuild damaged pallets, correct product spills, and keep pallet storage areas organized
• Process RMAs and validate new SKUs in the WMS
• Consolidate finished goods storage to maximize space
• Supply production with needed non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels, etc.)
• Coordinate pre-load activities, including trailer inspections and on-time completion
• Provide loading documents, bills of lading, and seals to drivers as required
• Maintain daily shipping and inventory records and support cycle-count accuracy
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, production, and scheduling to keep shipments moving on time
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly, and safe, and report safety or quality issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma required (associate degree preferred)
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety rules in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Forklift operation required as needed
• Strong communication skills and reliable attendance
