Night Cleaner

Location: Phoenix area

Pay: $19.50 per hour plus $1.00 per hour 2nd shift differential

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., overtime based on business needs

Role summary

Join a production support team on the second shift and handle cleaning work that keeps products, tools, and equipment ready for use. You will follow set procedures, support daily and weekly cleaning routines, and help the operation meet quality and productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Follow written and verbal instructions to clean product, tooling, and equipment according to established procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment, chemicals, and other products safely and as directed.
• Complete repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
• Rotate between different cleaning duties within the department as needed.
• Meet quality, safety, and productivity targets set by the operation.
• Take part in continuous improvement activities, including 5S and daily or weekly area cleanups.
• Maintain personal production logs when required and support the team in reaching production goals.
• Support a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.

Skills and experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.
• Able to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
• Reliable, safety focused, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Works well in a team environment and open to continuous improvement.
