Warehouse Associate

Location: Miami Area

Status: Full-time.

Pay: Approximately $20.00 to $22.00 per hour (base range varies by location and market).

Position summary

Support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a dynamic environment that serves e-commerce
businesses. This role focuses on accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders and may include
member support and facility upkeep duties.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting tasks.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, shared spaces, and dock areas.
• Perform daily facility walkthroughs and resolve basic issues.
• Support team members and contribute to operational excellence goals.

Required qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with bending, climbing, and moving inventory as needed.
• Friendly, communicative approach and willingness to support team and members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
