Warehouse associate (Nights)

Status: Full time

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule: Night shift

Compensation

Base pay progression from $20.65/hr to $21.85/hr in the first year. Night shift differential and PIE premium can bring effective pay as high as $23.85/hr when both apply.

What you’ll do

• Safely complete inbound/outbound tasks: unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick, and pack
• Ensure orders ship accurately and on time to exceed customer expectations
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements
• Operate computerized scanners; keep a clean, organized area per OSHA and hazmat rules
• Perform other duties as directed by leadership

What you’ll bring

• Comfort standing and working around heat/cold, noise, dust, moving equipment, and elevated stations
• Age 18+; ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower up to 75 lb
• Team mindset, receptive to feedback
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered equipment (Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck, Forklift)

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, retail, or customer service in fast-paced settings
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
