Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Position overview

Support day-shift warehouse operations by picking, packing, sorting, shipping, and receiving product to meet productivity and quality goals.
You will move inventory throughout the facility and use warehouse equipment to build accurate outbound orders.

What you will do

• Read work orders and shipping documents to determine what to move, pick, or distribute
• Move product from receiving and production areas to storage or assigned locations
• Sort and break down product by SKU, quantity, and product type
• Pick and assemble customer orders and stage them for shipping
• Use an electric pallet jack and a stand-up forklift
• Communicate effectively with receivers, drivers, check-in, and forklift operators
• Follow safe processes for truck and trailer pulling
• Store product in designated warehouse locations and keep areas organized
• Handle issued equipment responsibly, including PPE and voice equipment
• Report safety concerns promptly and follow all safety requirements
• Label pallets when instructed and record materials received or distributed
• Open bales, crates, and containers when needed
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Related warehouse experience (or equivalent education and training)
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift
• Ability to follow safety rules and wear a company-issued uniform
