Warehouse worker

Location: Louisville, KY

Status: Full-time

Starting pay: $24.50 per hour

Hours and shifts: 12-hour rotating shift (days, nights, weekends, holidays)

Role overview

Operate warehouse and packaging equipment, move product safely, keep accurate paperwork, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Primary responsibilities

• Run process equipment to convert product into bulk and 50 lb bags
• Use a sit-down forklift to transport materials and load outbound trailers
• Perform basic troubleshooting during the packing process
• Collect samples and complete quality checks in the unit lab
• Complete labels and paperwork with 100% accuracy
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety policies at all times
• Handle other assigned tasks to support shipping and receiving

What it takes

• 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
• Experience is a plus; paid training available
• May need a valid driver’s license and/or TWIC depending on site
• Prior military experience and adherence to procedures are a plus
