Warehouse Associate

Location: Dallas area

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, or until the day’s work is complete

Position overview

This role supports mixing center warehouse operations by picking and staging orders, loading and unloading trailers and containers,
and keeping inventory accurate and organized. You will also help with basic housekeeping and end-of-shift clean up to keep the dock
and work areas safe and efficient.

What you will do

• Pick and prioritize materials to fill orders, then stage product for outbound loading
• Load and unload trailers and containers and move inventory through the facility
• Arrange stock by product line and keep locations organized with space for overflow
• Verify inbound and outbound product for accuracy in quantity, size, and type
• Use powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely
• Count and put away inventory using scanning and warehouse processes
• Report shortages, overages, damaged, or defective product to leadership
• Support periodic inventory counts
• Assist with basic paperwork and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean work area, including dock clean up and daily shift close tasks
• Help train or support new associates when needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0 to 1 year of related experience preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work standards
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and occasional exposure to weather

Physical demands

• Frequent movement including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting
• Occasional lifting up to about 50 lb
• Handling tires over 50 lb may require rolling, de-stacking, or team lifting
