Warehouse Associate

Job type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $20.75 per hour, plus $2.00 per hour overnight differential (overnight rate $22.75 per hour). Up to $1.00 per hour increase after 6 months in good standing. Overtime potential.

Shift

Overnight shifts. Schedule is based on site needs and confirmed during the interview. Examples listed include 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (or until work is complete) and 12-hour shifts (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.

Position overview

Support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials accurately. You will operate powered industrial equipment,
keep inventory organized, and make sure outbound loads and inbound receipts meet quality and accuracy standards.

What you will do

• Pick and stage product to meet pickup and shipping demands.
• Create shipping labels and packing slips and complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Load freight for pickup and verify shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Document receipts of incoming materials and verify packing slips.
• Receive materials and store them in racking, keeping storage areas organized and uncluttered.
• Coordinate with operations and shipping to meet order timelines.
• Reconcile inventory daily and maintain accurate physical counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely, following OSHA and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and use required personal protective equipment.
• Support production as needed and participate in required meetings and training.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.

Minimum qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required (stand-up experience preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lb repeatedly and stand, bend, and twist for a full shift.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred

• Experience with S4 and VisiTrak systems.
