What this job is about

Lead an overnight cargo team at a major international airport. Keep freight moving safely and on time while making sure documentation and security procedures are followed.

What you’ll lead

• Nightly build-up and break-down of air cargo, including special-handling items.
• Task assignments, coaching operators/agents, and tracking productivity.
• Verification of docs and shipment integrity (counts, weight, releases) before tender/delivery.
• Enforcement of safety, security, and TSA/airport rules; incident reports and shift logs.
• Oversight of equipment/dock conditions; escalation of maintenance needs.
• Accurate handoff to day shift and ops leadership.

What you bring

• Airport cargo/warehouse lead or supervisor experience.
• Clear communication, prioritization, and problem-solving under time pressure.
• Working knowledge of air-cargo processes and basic WMS/scanner skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain SIDA; pass background and drug screening.
• Comfort around PIT (forklifts, tugs, pallet jacks) and manual handling.
• Overnight, weekend, and holiday availability.

Schedule

Overnights (typically 10:00 pm–6:30 am); overtime may be available during peak volumes.
