Overnight Cleaner (Part-time)

Position overview

This part-time senior shift supervisor role supports an in store demo and sampling program inside a busy
warehouse club location. You help drive sales by engaging shoppers at live events, while also supporting
the team with reporting, scheduling, training, and new hire onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in a friendly, enthusiastic way and promote featured products
• Prepare and sample food or non food items according to program guidelines and safety rules
• Set up, break down, and clean demo stations and equipment
• Support event execution through accurate reporting and basic admin tasks
• Help with scheduling team members to cover events and shifts
• Assist with training new team members on procedures and customer interaction
• Support interviewing and onboarding of new staff as requested
• Work with in store management and program leadership to meet sales and performance goals

What you bring

• Comfort interacting with customers and store management in a friendly, outgoing manner
• At least 18 years of age
• Available at least 4 days per week, including Sunday and Monday
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfort preparing, cooking, and cleaning demo areas and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Self starter who is motivated by results and able to work independently
• Proven ability to contribute to a team and help build a positive work environment
• Safety first mindset when working in a busy retail setting

Schedule

Part time schedule with availability needed at least 4 days per week, including Sunday and Monday.
Additional hours may be available on request based on business needs.
