Warehouse Staff

Location: Dallas area

Status: Full-time.

Pay: $19.50 to $24.40 per hour.

Position summary

This role supports warehouse operations by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on
equipment, machinery, and building systems. The position focuses on safety, reliability, and
keeping facility operations running efficiently during the second shift.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on warehouse equipment and building systems.
• Inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery, motors, drives, belts, and conveyor systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using manuals, diagrams, and testing equipment.
• Assemble, install, and repair electrical components, wiring, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and correctly.
• Replace filters, check fluid levels, and complete maintenance checklists.
• Document maintenance work, including type and cost of repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures and actively support a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• General knowledge of conveyor systems and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CMMS systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional shifts and hours.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper use of PPE.

Work environment

Work is performed in a distribution center environment with powered equipment, machinery,
and varying noise levels. The role requires physical activity and attention to safety at all times.
