Warehouse Staff (Nights)

Location: Kansas City, MO

Status: Full-time.

Shift: Night shift, Monday through Thursday, 4×10 schedule. 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM or 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM.

Pay: Starts at $20.65 per hour with three raises in 12 months to $21.85 per hour. Plus $1.00 per hour for overnight shift. Plus $1.00 per hour for powered industrial equipment operators (when applicable).

Position summary

This role supports inbound and outbound distribution center operations. You will handle product movement,
scanning, labeling, auditing, replenishment, and packing while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized
work area.

What you will do

• Complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks such as unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing.
• Use computerized scanning equipment and follow established processes for accuracy and speed.
• Help ensure orders ship correctly to meet quality and delivery expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety and hazardous material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Comfort working on your feet around moving equipment and elevated stations, with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to take feedback and work well in a team environment.
• For powered equipment roles: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment (when applicable).

Preferred qualifications

• Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety.
