About the Role

This opportunity is for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to contribute to high-profile, culturally impactful projects for leading brands. The role focuses on developing compelling visual systems, integrated campaigns, story-driven experiences, immersive digital environments, and browser-based experiences.

The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design execution, and the ability to create original ideas while working within established brand systems. This position requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams as well as the confidence to independently lead design initiatives from concept through final delivery.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Develop projects from initial concept through final delivery in collaboration with creatives, technologists, producers, and leadership teams.
• Create original design concepts and visual directions that align with project objectives and brand standards.
• Refine and evolve creative work within established brand guidelines and visual systems.
• Apply strong conceptual thinking, craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout the design process.
• Take ownership of design deliverables and ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Adapt seamlessly to a variety of visual styles, brand identities, and creative approaches.
• Identify opportunities for interactive, environmental, animated, and experimental design solutions.
• Research emerging trends, creative influences, and industry developments to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
• Contribute innovative ideas that help elevate the creative output of the broader team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in a design role with similar responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, attention to detail, innovative thinking, and high-quality execution.
• Proven ability to develop creative solutions across branding, visual systems, and experience-driven design projects.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams while maintaining ownership of individual work.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fully remote work environment.
• Positive, proactive, collaborative, and highly motivated approach to work.
• Experience or additional skills in illustration, animation, or spatial design are highly valued.

This is a fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
