About the Role
An experienced Creative Producer is needed to bridge creative vision and execution across a diverse portfolio of projects, including brand campaigns, digital experiences, visual systems, immersive environments, activations, installations, and design initiatives.
This leadership role is responsible for managing creative projects from kickoff through final delivery while ensuring exceptional quality, efficient execution, and successful client outcomes. The position involves direct ownership of projects as well as collaboration with production leadership on larger cross-functional engagements.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in creative production, project management, team leadership, and client partnership. Status: Full Time
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year plus comprehensive benefits
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, branding initiatives, design programs, and digital experiences.
- Oversee project execution from concept development through final delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships.
- Translate client goals, objectives, and requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Establish clear expectations and communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional project teams.
- Coordinate the efforts of designers, developers, strategists, creatives, and external partners.
- Provide leadership and support to ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with objectives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Track project progress and proactively identify risks or potential issues.
- Adjust plans and resources as needed to maintain successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee quality assurance across all deliverables and final outputs.
- Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout production.
- Verify that deliverables meet client expectations, internal standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify, address, and resolve project challenges, roadblocks, and production issues.
- Maintain flexibility and adaptability when project priorities or scope evolve.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, technical, and production teams.
- Support alignment between project execution, business objectives, and client needs.
- Foster a collaborative and productive environment throughout all stages of production.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Create detailed project reports, performance reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Travel as required for client meetings, production support, site visits, activations, workshops, onboarding sessions, team events, retreats, and creative production oversight.
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in a senior creative production role within a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering design, digital, experiential, and spatial projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex cross-functional collaborations.
- Experience managing projects within established budgets, schedules, and scopes.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate creative concepts, project requirements, production processes, and strategic recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Airtable, Trello, Basecamp, Notion, Excel, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with creative and design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience leading distributed multidisciplinary teams across technology, design, UX, product, innovation, and creative disciplines.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, feedback, deliverables, project requirements, and scope documentation.
- Experience communicating effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and implement solutions proactively.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and highly effective in fast-paced environments.
- Deep understanding of design, branding, creative production, and digital experiences.
- Ability to make informed decisions that align with client goals and evolving industry trends.
- Strong interest in youth culture, fashion, sports, design, and creative innovation.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States. Teams primarily collaborate across Pacific and Mountain time zones.
