Pay: $17 - $19/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 30 hours per week

Role overview

This role rotates between key warehouse functions, including selecting, loading, cycle counting, quality inspection, inventory support, and general warehouse organization in a cold storage environment.

What you’ll do

• Select, load, cycle count, and inspect products as part of daily warehouse operations.
• Use RF scanning equipment to support accurate inventory and order movement.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization.
• Inspect dock activity and support loading operations.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently using prescribed work methods.
• Maintain good attendance and support team communication.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Follow OSHA, SDS, warehouse safety, and food handling standards.
• Work in cold storage areas, including temperatures as low as -30 degrees.

What you’ll need

• At least 5 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 2 years of RF scanning experience.
• At least 2 years of inventory experience.
• At least 1 year of dock inspecting and loading experience.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills.
• Ability to adapt between different warehouse tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Physical requirements

• Ability to carry, lift, and move up to 50 to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in very cold warehouse conditions.
• Ability to stay active throughout the shift while supporting warehouse operations.
