Warehouse Associate

Role overview

You’ll support delivery operations, in-home furniture placement, warehouse tasks, showroom readiness, and stockroom organization while helping provide safe, accurate, and professional service.

What you’ll do

• Load, transport, unload, and place merchandise in client homes with care and professionalism.
• Drive safely, follow delivery schedules, and meet company driving standards.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming freight.
• Tag and prepare merchandise for showroom placement.
• Verify products and accessories before delivery.
• Make sure merchandise is assembled and in satisfactory condition before delivery.
• Provide courteous support during deliveries, pickups, and in-store interactions.
• Follow warehouse, delivery, and vehicle safety protocols.
• Report quality issues, damages, or risks to store management.
• Work with store staff to support daily operations and client service.
• Assist with floor plan changes, light housekeeping, and general store upkeep.

What you’ll need

• 1 or more years of experience in warehouse, retail stock, or delivery operations required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle report required.
• Ability to obtain Commercial Motor Vehicle certification required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds independently.
• Ability to help team-handle heavier items when needed.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients and team members professionally.

• Experience using stockroom tools and equipment, including hand trucks and dollies.
• Computer skills, including MS Office and iPad use, required.
