About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and scale a high-impact, always-on lifecycle marketing program. This role focuses on delivering the right offers, messages, and experiences to the right members at the right time through site ads, automated emails, order pages, targeted campaigns, and personalized member journeys.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, highly analytical marketer who can combine lifecycle strategy, experimentation, segmentation, automation, data analysis, direct-response messaging, and hands-on execution to drive engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.

Annual Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day lifecycle marketing across internal site ads, order pages, automated campaigns, and targeted member experiences.
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities through experimentation, segmentation, behavioral analysis, and lifecycle performance insights.
- Design and scale experimentation frameworks across lifecycle touchpoints, messaging, offers, timing, targeting, and channel strategy.
- Build scalable lifecycle systems, workflows, and operational processes that improve marketing efficiency and performance over time.
- Influence lifecycle strategy and prioritization across Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Use AI and automation to improve targeting, accelerate analysis, scale testing, optimize creative iteration, and support better operational decision-making.
- Write, refine, and adapt direct-response marketing copy using AI-assisted workflows and performance insights.
- Translate complex data and experimentation results into actionable business recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Help evolve segmentation strategy, lifecycle architecture, and personalization capabilities across the member journey.
- Work closely with lifecycle systems, experimentation tools, analytics environments, and machine-learning-supported marketing platforms.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, troubleshooting, QA, rapid iteration, and ongoing optimization.
- Build, test, optimize, and improve systems and campaigns directly rather than only setting strategy from a distance.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, experimentation, retention/CRM, marketing strategy, or a related field.
- Experience owning multi-channel marketing programs, ideally including onsite placements, automated messaging, email, upgrade flows, testing programs, or other direct-response environments.
- Strong marketing instincts with the willingness to work directly in platforms, tools, workflows, and execution details that drive lifecycle performance.
- Deep understanding of experimentation strategy, segmentation, targeting, personalization, and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
- High technical fluency with lifecycle systems, automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate growth, experimentation, operational scale, and marketing effectiveness.
- Strong direct-response instincts and understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Experience writing or optimizing marketing copy and messaging using AI-assisted workflows.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to move between strategy and execution without relying heavily on large support teams or specialized operators.
- Strong interest in investing and personal finance.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, investing, or another data-driven subscription business is strongly preferred.
- Prior people management is not required.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or helping develop other marketers is strongly preferred.
Remote Work Eligibility
- This is a remote role, but candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to an approved U.S. location.
