This opportunity is for a Senior Business Analyst focused on strengthening product analytics, improving reporting infrastructure, and helping platform teams make faster, clearer, data-informed decisions.
The role connects product usage data with business strategy by turning complex metrics into practical insights that support roadmap planning, feature adoption, product performance, and innovation across SaaS platform teams.
Compensation
Hourly Salary: $43.27 – $49.52 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Define, refine, and maintain product performance metrics and reporting structures that provide visibility into active usage, including DAU/MAU and feature adoption.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate usage data into actionable insights that support roadmap prioritization.
- Create leadership-ready analyses and Tableau dashboards that help measure progress toward product goals.
- Build and maintain scalable SQL models in Snowflake to support self-service analytics and trusted product reporting.
- Develop unified reporting standards that create a consistent view of the user journey across Product, Engineering, and Finance teams.
- Collaborate with analysts across Customer Success, Growth, and Finance to connect product usage patterns with business metrics such as retention, expansion, and pricing strategy.
- Build and maintain a detailed product analytics data dictionary to improve data literacy and reporting consistency across the organization.
- Break down ambiguous business problems into structured, solvable components for technical and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics within a SaaS environment.
- Strong consultative leadership skills with the ability to guide product teams on user flows, feature stickiness, and platform health.
- Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience using Snowflake and Tableau to build automated analytics models and scalable self-service reporting.
- Experience working with Protected Health Information (PHI) and security requirements in highly regulated healthcare data environments.
- Experience analyzing financial data, billing metrics, or revenue cycle management (RCM) workflows in a product-focused environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear business insights for product, engineering, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to structure unclear business questions into actionable analysis and technical requirements.
