About the Role
This opportunity is for an experienced customer engagement and implementation leader responsible for overseeing enterprise EHR deployments for behavioral health providers. The role leads cross-functional implementation teams while serving as the primary customer contact throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from project kickoff through transition to support.
The position focuses on customer relationship management, implementation execution, workflow coordination, billing operations alignment, project milestone tracking, and operational process improvement. This role requires strong leadership abilities, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and customer organizations.
The role also requires a strong understanding of behavioral health workflows, EHR implementation environments, customer onboarding processes, risk management, and cross-functional coordination within a remote work environment.
Employment Type: Full-time
Annual Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of implementation specialists, including Clinical Leads, RCM Billing Leads, Practice Management Leads, Business Analysts, and Project Administrators
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the EHR implementation process
- Develop a strong understanding of customer services, operational workflows, and billing requirements
- Guide implementation projects from kickoff through transition to support teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout all project phases
- Coordinate regular meetings between customers and internal teams to ensure project milestones are completed on time
- Monitor implementation timelines, deliverables, and overall project progress
- Identify project risks and implement solutions to minimize delays and disruptions
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and operational support to implementation team members
- Promote a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused work environment
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies, workflows, and operational processes
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and drive successful implementation outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR implementation environments
- Previous experience working with behavioral health providers preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing implementation or project teams
- Strong understanding of behavioral health workflows and billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and operational processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Experience leading projects such as software implementations, operational rollouts, product launches, enablement initiatives, or training programs
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, operations, product, and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach
