Material handler

Pay: ~ $19.00/hour

Position summary

This warehouse position supports stockroom activity, inventory accuracy, work order kitting, material movement, and shipping or receiving support in a semiconductor facility.

What you’ll handle

• Accurately process transactions and move materials in and out of the stockroom.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Support cycle counts and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Kit work orders accurately.
• Assist with WIP movement and related transactions.
• Support shipping, receiving, and packaging tasks as needed.
• Drive a company truck and/or forklift when required.
• Order supplies and enter data into the ERP cycle count module.
• Prepare commercial invoice and SED information using details supplied by export control.
• Track freight with common carriers.
• Use hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scales safely and effectively.

Skills and requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Acceptable driving record for company vehicle use, when required.
• Forklift certification, when required.
• Ability to create and work with Excel files.
• Ability to share data with internal and external department contacts.
• Ability to use ERP systems and basic warehouse tools.
• Reliable attendance.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand or sit for sustained periods.
• Ability to move arms, hands, and fingers throughout the workday.
• Ability to exert up to 45 pounds of force occasionally.
• Ability to exert up to 25 pounds of force frequently.
• Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Phone and computer use for extended periods may be required.
