About the Role
This opportunity is for a high-performing Account Executive who thrives in complex B2B sales environments and understands how to win in fintech, payments, and technical SaaS sales. This role is focused on identifying new opportunities, clearly communicating value to stakeholders, managing the full sales process, and closing meaningful business.
The position is well suited for a competitive, consultative, and data-driven sales professional with experience managing pipeline, forecasting accurately, building outbound strategies, and selling payments or financial technology solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Become highly knowledgeable in payments, including platform functionality, payment rails, payment routes, and related financial technology workflows.
- Own the full sales process from identifying potential leads through signed contracts.
- Develop creative outbound strategies to create, nurture, and accelerate new sales opportunities.
- Sell consultatively and competitively while staying proactive and strategic throughout the sales cycle.
- Take initiative, work independently, and move opportunities forward without waiting to be asked.
- Understand each customer’s business and uncover the motivations behind their needs.
- Position the right solution with confidence based on customer goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Share customer insights internally to help influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.
- Use AI tools to improve research, automate workflows, and increase overall productivity.
- Collaborate closely with Integrations, Engineering, and Compliance teams to support smooth sales and onboarding execution.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience at a payments or fintech company.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and consultative sales.
- Strong discovery skills, empathy, and ability to close business.
- Understanding of technical product sales within the fintech or payments ecosystem.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong self-awareness and emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Ability to speak confidently with stakeholders at any level.
- Focused and disciplined approach to outbound outreach.
- Ability to build and accelerate pipeline independently of inbound demand.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity while staying self-motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented.
- Highly collaborative and team-focused approach when coordinating with external partners and internal teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
