Annual Salary: $160,000–$175,000 per year
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs. This role also offers equity and may include a bonus.
About the Role
This opportunity is for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of a healthcare-focused risk adjustment product. The role focuses on shaping and improving a data-driven platform that combines analytics and medical coding to deliver accurate, compliant financial insights.
You will work closely with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to define priorities, establish success metrics, and continuously improve product performance. This role requires direct client engagement, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive product decisions in a value-based care environment.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Design and Engineering to shape the next generation of the risk adjustment platform.
- Engage directly with clients to identify pain points, uncover unmet needs, and translate insights into meaningful product improvements.
- Collaborate across Customer Services, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the product meets market needs and stays aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Define clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure impact, support prioritization, and drive business value.
- Develop high-quality documentation and product artifacts to provide clarity for cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, with a significant portion in healthcare, preferably within a startup environment.
- At least 3 years of experience in value-based care and financial analytics, with demonstrated comfort working with CMS risk adjustment.
- Ability to work directly with customers and navigate ambiguity across all stages of product development.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Design teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to guide teams toward successful product delivery.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries, including multi-table joins and aggregations.
- Familiarity with medical claims data is a plus.
