What You’ll Do

• Develop a deep understanding of users, workflows, and operational needs within value-based care and clinical environments.
• Define and execute product strategies that leverage data to drive innovation, adoption, and user satisfaction.
• Establish goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver features that support clinical and operational outcomes.
• Partner with leadership to ensure product roadmaps align with broader organizational goals and priorities.
• Create clear documentation and product artifacts to support alignment across stakeholders and teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Services, Sales, Engineering, and Design to ensure strong product-market fit and regulatory compliance.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, including requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and stakeholder management.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in healthcare technology to ensure ongoing product innovation and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, with significant exposure to healthcare environments.
• Experience working in startup or high-growth product environments is preferred.
• Ability to interact directly with customers and operate effectively in ambiguous product development phases.
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical teams to build impactful healthcare products.
• Strong ability to work effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities, with the capability to guide teams toward successful product delivery.
